Make Decisions and Stick with Them. Big goals are just ideas unless we make a sincere commitment to keeping our mind and our actions FOCUSED on those outcomes. It starts with deciding there is no going back after a decision has been made to pursue the future you want to have.
Fear is NOT “Reason.” Truly going for our dreams IS a big leap and requires getting rid of self-limiting beliefs and bad habits. SO, when we attempt to make major change our doubt and fear PRETENDS to be our “sound judgement” and “reasoning” as to why we shouldn’t move forward.
Make a Big Decision. What are you sick and tired of thinking about? What is the vicious cycle that has you by the balls? Make a decision right now to make a call, send an email, have a conversation that says NO to that, and YES to what YOU want in life.
